Shri Deepak Singhal (IAS, Retd.), the visionary behind this mission, has dedicated himself to this cause with complete sincerity and passion. With his leadership, BSVN has grown into a platform bringing together thinkers, scholars, and culture enthusiasts who share the same vision.
